Your digital membership card functions the same as your physical card – simply pull up your pass on your phone screen, alongside your photo ID, and our staff will scan the QR code for quick and efficient entry to the Zoo.
In addition to being a sustainable alternative, your digital membership card also contains important details such as your member ID number, your membership expiration date, contact information for our Guest Services team, membership terms & conditions, and more.
